I know the cat castle’s scary yeah but that’s alright I wanna get real spooky on a Halloween night I’m getting real sick and tired of the party scene People wear the same costumes and I think they’re really weak Yeah the partying was fun back when I was twenty-one But the same lame hipsters try to out do everyone I thought that Teen Wolf 2 was funny the first time that I saw it Now I’m getting’ kinda bored and I’m ready to get off it The cat castle’s scary yeah but that’s okay ‘Cause this is one night of the year it’s supposed to be that way When I think of all the options there’s just one that I foresee I wanna go to the cat castle for this Halloween Well I tend to like cats and castles too But the horrors of this place are nothing new My cousin’s friend’s dad, went in on a dare And he’s still covered with fur with whiskers and a tail They say the cats are larger than the tigers in the zoo That the walls are made of bones and they’re eating eyeball stew The carpet’s made of human hair and all you hear are screams Of people seeing kitty cats attack them in their dreams The evening doesn’t sound like it’s my dreamland But if I get real scared I could hold his hand I know she’s freaked out but she’s looking great I hope the cat castle will be our first date Well now look over there, what do I see inside Thirty cats in party clothes Is that the electric slide? There’s candy corn and mallomars and even a few smarties I never even knew just how much cats could party They’re looking our way but with no animosity Do you think that maybe you would dance with me? Oh that’s so sweet, I was hoping you would ask me Those slinky kitty cats make me wanna shake my booty Those cats are not just scary things they’re having fun and all I see Is love between these furry ones and also you and me No evidence of frightening ones just happy cats for everyone These kittens are just little things with big big hearts that love to sing of love Love, love, love…

A tale of such terror Three friends were not aware of Dreaming of a snickers And glitter pumpkin stickers Tommy was a zombie corpse Becky dressed up like a nurse Head to toe in spider webs I was a knight without a head When all was done we piled high To eat it all you’d not survive At once began the show and trade What candy treasure fortune gave Beware the Gnarrs! Beware the Gnarrs! Pop rocks, snickers, gummy worms Atomic Fireballs Tootsie pops, pixie sticks Trade with me! Snickers please Trade with me! Your friend I’ll be Down below in Tommy’s sack Sticky soft orange and black A terrible untradable curse The Gnarr emerged! The very worst! No one moved, surprised to see Becky dared someone to eat Tommy poked the waxy back He took a bite and then he died (faintly) Trade with me Trick and treat all down the street You never think of what you’ll meet Beware that there deep in your sack The Gnarr is there and will attack!

Chouette - Ribbons (free) 03:21
My boyfriend was always asking about that ribbon around my neck. I said to him, "Reuben, you leave that ribbon alone!" I thought if he knew the truth, it would scare him away. But he had to know. Couldn't let it go. So I gave in. Off comes my ribbon Off goes my head Don't think he minds it But I wish that I were dead In the kitchen, Reuben's slicing apples When his knife slips, catches my wrist He was so sweet He didn't flinch Just wiped the blood away and said "No, don't be scared. Just tie a ribbon on it 'Til we go to bed." Off comes my ribbon My hand goes, too He kinda likes it What am I supposed to do? In the back yard, Reuben's trimming branches When his shears slip, catching my ankle He was so sweet He didn't flinch Just wiped the blood away and said "No, don't be scared. Just tie a ribbon on it 'Til we go to bed." Off comes my ribbon Off drops my foot I catch his eyes, I know that look In the living room I am reading Reuben buries his axe in my knee He was so sweet He didn't flinch Just wiped the blood away and said "No, don't be scared. Just tie a ribbon on it 'Til we go to bed." Off comes my ribbon Off goes my leg I do not mind it I think I like it I think he likes it I think I like it Reuben, untie my ribbon Reuben, be my devotee I will be your amputee when we go off to bed When you go down on one knee I'll give you my head

He had the best idea. He started November first of last year. Paper mache to make the face wrinkles and warts made out of clay. Added some fangs and fur and fur and claws and fake blood dribbled off the jaws. It was the best idea and this would finally be his year. He gave it a giant crooked hunchback tufts of hair all spiky and black leathery wings and patches of scales Plus a seven foot long tail. It was the best idea and this would finally be his year. He wanted to try it on He'd been waiting for so long it was every kind of awesome in one scary monster costume. With the final stitch in place a smile flew across his face. It was the best idea and the moment was finally here. He tried to try it on but clearly something had gone wrong It passed through his spectral body, caught on the bed post. So for another year he'd have to go as himself -- just a disappointed ghost.

lights are smashed in shards overturned cars everything charred and carbon in the empty rooms bodies and bones white and exposed post-apocalypse everyone sighed one final time and left us we are what remains vapor and heat ghosts without sheets give me a body or a space to be enclosed under a table or a closet full of clothes we are the dead, we miss our living hosts oh it's dark without you everyday we search but we're alone billions of souls all the things we were the greater sums have come undone give me a body or a space to be enclosed under a table or a closet full of clothes we are the dead, we miss our living hosts oh it's dark without you we were vagabonds trying costumes on lifetimes passed one by one all the bodies we came to know as our own now we're trapped in this mindless endlessness souls like us don't erode we grow old give me a body or a space to be enclosed under a table or a closet full of clothes we go from house to house and rest in empty skulls some stay together so as not to feel exposed we are the dead, we miss our living hosts oh we're lost without you

Pardon the dust and wipe off the rust Drop in your tokens and leave it to us We're the players in the piano The players in the piano Deep in the back of attics were stacked Covered in cobwebs uncomfortably packed We're the players in the piano The players in the piano But if you wake up in the dark of the night Looking for someone to talk to Or someone to give you a horrible fright Stay perfectly still and we'll come for you Each one of these 88 keys Move to a halting inaudible beat By the players in the piano The players in the piano So shut off your tapes and pull closed the drapes We can make sure that no noise will escape We're the players in the piano The players in the piano Did you hear the carnival's coming to town Dragging its prisoners behind it There's nothing to fear in that cheap haunted house The secrets are all in the basement Billy approached creaky old machine Brushing away the sheet music that lay open across its belly He'd heard the legends, but never quite knew what to expect Then, as he slowly and gingerly opened the top He began to hear a few voices peeping out One after the other, they started to call to him Pulling him deeper into the strings and into the underbelly Of that old monster We're the players in the piano The players in the piano The players in the piano We're playing especially for you

Without Halloween there'd be no costumes without any costumes there'd be no sexy costumes and without any sexy costumes there'd be no one in sexy costumes Without Halloween there'd be no party without any party there'd be no fun without any fun there'd be no memory of anything happening now its time to get personal now its time to say something true like I love you and I do and I do and I do and I do It all happened on all hallows eve night my family left home to avoid all the hype yeah the timing was right and I saw that the timing was right she walked right in the door I can't tell you no more and no more and no more no more more more and no more and no more and no more and no more I gazed with my million mile stare I say with my blue and pink hair please stay cuz this is a safe place and it was our safe place and it was our escape and it was our safe place and it was our escape and escape and escape and escape so without halloween there'd be no me at least not the way that I turned out to be and we'd be stuck with stale old boring christmas and thanksgiving

Look into my eyes, all three of them and tell me that you don't want me. 'Cause I've loved you for a thousand years but you know that, of course Since you're the one who cast that hex upon me Remember that night when we first met when the lynch mob stormed the castle and you were the one with the torch you led the way I know that you must kill me to buy your soul a pardon from this world The hounds are closing and I sense my time has come So I really must say I'm glad you found me first Here we stand, a millenium gone your pitchfork to my throat and you're still as beautiful as you were then.
